Studying abroad in Kenya is quite affordable – in many cases it is the same, or a little less, than a regular semester in the U.S. Costs for the upcoming Field Education Summer Program will be:
|Program Fee: *||$4,500 (includes housing, three meals per day, all group excursions, and international health insurance)|
|Tuition for NY residents:||$270 per credit|
|Tuition for non-residents:||$898 per credit|
|Administrative Fee||$200 (non-refundable)|
|Other Fees||Vaccinations as per travel doctor; visa fee of $50.|
|Travel Costs||Estimated Airfare: $1200-$1500 (departing from New York). All student participants will travel together to the study abroad site. Students who do not abide by this policy may be dismissed from the program.|
* ALL COSTS while in Kenya, including air travel to and from Turkana, will be covered by the program fee.
